Only 3 weeks until Christmas! We have lots of fun things coming up, but will still be full steam with learning! Early this week you will be receiving a sign up form for donating items for our Madison Mart. Each year in December our school puts on Madison Mart. If your child was in afternoon or all day kindergarten then they have participated in this once before. Everyone in the school produces a good or service and then one afternoon (Dec. 19th this year) we will go to the gym for “shopping” time. Students will receive fake money and get to spend however they choose. First grade is making goods; our class is making sugar cone trees. We will need ingredients donated and a few parent volunteers would be great to assist me in the classroom. A form with more information will be sent home this week.

Our Christmas party will be Dec. 20th. I believe our sign up is full, but if you would like to add your name to the volunteer list please send me an email and I will get you on there. I will be sending home the sheet with our head parent for this party early this week.

I grabbed most November reading logs, however if you still have yours at home I would appreciate you sending it back to school in their bear folder.
